Ending The 7 Movement is here to educate you on how to flip your mentality by reshaping the focus on what you cannot control to what you can. Through this program, you will learn how to forgive your past in order to nurture, protect, and give compassion back to yourself. Together, we will build on that courage and determination that is deep down inside of you, just ready for you to experience and embrace your bravery to change your habits and grow.

Topics in this program are broken down into past, present, and future. Healing is not linear, unlike time. The longer we work at healing, the further away we are from our past situations.
